DESCRIPTION
A comprehensive review and action plan covering all areas of a franchised business. The purpose is to provide an objective outside view of the business and then work with the franchisor on issues identified to take the business to the next level of efficiency and profitability.

Audit
A review of all areas of the business is carried out including:

Franchisee feedback
Most franchisors consider the Franchise Escalator to be an ideal opportunity to get the views of their franchisees. Franchisee interviews and feedback are important to gain the maximum value and results from the Franchise Escalator process.
Report
The final output of this audit will be a series of written reports, culminating in a full written analysis of recommendations for the future. These will be graded as Critical, Suggested or Ideal. All findings and observations will be explained in detail and presented together with specific proposals and timescales for any work which may be required. A cost vs benefit analysis will be included where appropriate to ensure that all recommendations are made within a framework of commercial reality.
Implementation
Whilst the report provides clear guidance on implementing recommendations, we will provide support where required to ensure successful outcomes.
