RESULTS
The results of the survey are provided in an easy to read report and the findings are self explanatory. However, we can provide support in developing an action plan to make sure that the goodwill generated in surveying your franchisees is not lost by a lack of follow up and action once the results are in.
The survey and report can be adapted to include specific issues or areas you feel are important to you and your franchisees. Rather than as a general “State of The Nation” survey, it can also be used as an anonymous way to gauge feeling on a specific or particularly contentious issue that may have arisen.
